‘Full-service rental offers the advantage of not having to maintain a dedicated position for managing the company’s cars. In our team, car replacements are handled by a single person and take up only a small part of their working time. Easy budgeting and controlled costs – all car-related costs are included in a single monthly charge. Cars can be returned without any issues should the need arise, and we are freed from the responsibilities of maintaining a car fleet. If there is a problem, all we have to do is make a phone call and the problem will be resolved.
We are satisfied with the full-service rental service because it is extremely convenient for us. Besides financing, comprehensive and third-party liability motor insurance, and routine maintenance, the service agreement includes several additional services: invoice administration, fuel credit card, additional winter and summer tyres, tyre changes and storage, vehicle drop-off and pick-up, replacement cars, repairs, 24-hour emergency assistance, handling of insured events and insurance policies. They also handle ferry ticket purchases for us, which we pay for at the end of the month on the basis of the invoice. It is highly convenient, especially for the members of our network maintenance team, who do a lot of travelling and do not have to worry about ferry tickets anymore.’
