1. General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
1.1. The campaign “Special Offer for Full-Service Lease of Used Cars” (hereinafter the Campaign) is valid from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, inclusive.
1.2. The Campaign is organised by Mobire Eesti AS, registry code 10814092, registered address Mäealuse 2/3, 12618 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter the Organiser).
1.3. As part of the Campaign, the Organiser offers selected lightly used vehicles under a Full-Service Lease at a reduced monthly payment, subject to these Campaign terms and conditions.
1.4. These Campaign terms and conditions constitute special terms applicable in addition to the Mobire Vehicle Rental General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the General Terms and Conditions). In the event of any conflict between these Campaign terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Campaign terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1. The Campaign is open to all natural and legal persons who, during the Campaign period, enter into a Full-Service Lease agreement with the Organiser for a Campaign Vehicle (hereinafter the Customer) and meet the following requirements:
- are at least 23 years of age;
- are no older than 75 years of age;
- hold a valid driving licence issued by the Republic of Estonia;
- have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years;
- have no outstanding payment defaults;
- use the vehicle for ordinary personal or business use, excluding taxi services and other commercial passenger or goods transport services;
- have accepted the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
2.2. Customers who do not meet the requirements set out in clause 2.1 are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2.3. By participating in the Campaign, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
2.4. The Campaign applies only to vehicles listed on the Organiser’s Campaign webpage at www.mobire.ee/rental-cars/used-cars. The selection of Campaign Vehicles may change during the Campaign period.
3. Special Campaign Terms
3.1. The method for calculating the early termination fee set out in the General Terms and Conditions does not apply to Campaign Vehicles. If a Campaign Vehicle is returned before the end of the agreed rental period, an early termination fee equal to five monthly payments shall apply throughout the rental period.
3.2. A Campaign Vehicle may only be rented under the terms displayed on the Campaign webpage, including the rental period, mileage limit and monthly payment.
4. Processing of Personal Data
4.1. By participating in the Campaign, the Customer agrees to the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, which is available HERE.
4.2. Personal data will only be processed for marketing purposes where the Customer has provided separate consent for such processing.
5. Other Terms
5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or supplement these Campaign terms and conditions for a valid reason by publishing a relevant notice on its website at mobire.ee. Any amendments shall enter into force upon publication.
5.2. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Campaign for a valid reason by notifying Customers on its website at mobire.ee.
5.3. The Organiser shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays or technical issues related to the Campaign that are caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
5.4. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Campaign shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
