• Vehicle usage fee
  Fee for using the vehicle (not including related services)
• Motor insurance (TPL)
  Mandatory motor insurance (TPL) for the whole rental period
• Casco insurance or vehicle restoration by Mobire
  Vehicle restoration according to "Mobire PLE restoration procedure"
• Handling of vehicle damage claims
  Mobire handles insurance cases on behalf of clients (except representing the client on spot or in the court)
• 24/7 client support
  24/7 client assistance is guaranteed in case of questions and issues with the vehicle
• Mobire discounts and consolidated invoice
  Clients are entitled to discounts at Mobire's partners, with the possibility to pay for purchases with the monthly rental invoice
• Replacement vehicle
  The client will be provided with a replacement vehicle if their vehicle is undriveable for more than 24 hours (e.g., due to repairs, insurance claims, etc.). The replacement vehicle will be made available no later than the next business day. The replacement car will be issued in Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu.
• Fuel card
  The client receives a fuel card with a Mobire discount, and the cost of the purchases will be added to the rental invoice
• Vehicle wash card
  The client receives a vehicle wash card with a Mobire discount, and the cost of the purchases will be added to the rental invoice
• Yearly car tax
  Mobire pays Estonian annual vehicle tax
• Vehicle registration tax
  Mobire pays Estonian vehicle registration tax
• Warranty
  Mobire provides extended vehicle warranty in case the manufacturer warranty is expired
• Roadworthiness test
  We notify client when the state roadworthiness test is about to expire and cover the inspection costs
• Vehicle regular maintenance
  Regular vehicle maintenance according to the manufacturers maintenance schedule, excluding normal wear and tear like brakes, washer blades, etc.
• Parts affected by standard wear and tear
  Components affected by standard wear and tear from regular vehicle use. For example light bulbs, brake pads and discs, axle parts
• Winter- and summer tires for the rental period
  Mobire provides summer- and winter tires for the entire rental period, according to standard use
• Tire change and storage
  Mobire arranges tire storage and changes twice a year. The client can choose a convenient location and time at a Mobire partner facility
