What is full-service rental?
Full-service rental is a convenient alternative for leasing where depending of the service plan vehicle related services are included in the fixed monthly payment for the entire rental period. With full-service rental it is easy to prevent unexpected costs and save your valuable time.
What is included in the full-service rental service plan?
Depending on customers needs it is possibleto choose between two different service plans which include either 8 or 13 vehicle related services.
Standard service plan includes:
● vehicle rental payment,
● 24/7 service center,
● motor TPL Insurance,
● comprehensive motor Insurance,
● handling of insured events,
● invoice administration,
● replacement car for any situation,
● fuel card.
Premium service plan includes:
● vehicle rental payment,
● 24/7 service center,

● regular car maintenence,

Premium service plan is perfect solution for customers who want to prevent unexpected costs and have all car related services in one fixed monthly payment.
Who can apply for full-service car rental?
All private persons in the age between 23 to 75 years who are Estonian citizens or have valid residence permit and valid driving license can apply for full-service rental.
All functioning businesses who don’t have valid debts can apply for full-service rental.
Which documents do I need to submit for full-service car rental?
Business clients need to submit company name and registration code and private persons need to submit name of the renter and personal identification number.
Which cars are available for full-service rental?
We offer full service rent for all brand new and low-mileage vehicles available in Estonia.
Are full-service rental vehicles new?
Yes, all full-service rental vehicles in the web selection are brand new.
Can I terminate my rental agreement before the end of the rental period?
Yes, our customers may terminate the rental agreement earlier by notifying us in writing and paying a termination fee (generally one to five times the monthly rental charge).
What is the initial rental payment?
Initial rental payment is a sum that is paid before the vehicle is handed over to the customer. Opting for a rental agreement with an initial rental payment results in a lower monthly charge. For most of our rental vehicle range we also offer 0€ initial payment option.
What happens to the car after the rental period?
After the rental period customer can return the car and take new car to full-service rental.
Can I purchase the car after the rental period?
After the rental period customer may purchase the vehicle with the agreed price.
Do I have to buy insurance separately for the rental car?
No, insurance (both third-party liability and comprehensive motor insurance) is always included in our rental agreement and customer does not need to buy any insurance separately.
What happens if if I get into an accident with my full-service rental car?
In case of accident or insurance case please call our 24/7 service centre at 13500 where we provide assistance.
If anyone is injured in the accident, please immediately call the police and an ambulance by dialing the number 112.
Can my family members use my full-service rental car?
Yes. We will provide authorization for them.
Does full-service rental car has stickers on it?
No, our full-service cars are without commercial stickers.
Can I put my company’s commercial stickers on my full-service rental car?
Yes, you can put your company’s commercial sticker on the rental car if it is agreed beforehand with the service provider.
Can I add towing hook, roof rack ect to my full-service rental car?
Yes you can if it is agreed with the service provider beforehand. We advise to mention these requirements already when making a query for full-service rental car.
What happens if I exceed the mileage agreed in the rental contact?
In case the agreed mileage is exceeded the additional fee of 0,18EUR per exceeded kilometer will apply. Due to that we advise our customer to predict their mileage as exactly as possible.
