Mobire rents the vehicle to the Client in accordance with the conditions set out in the agreement.
24/7 service centre
Mobire ensures round-the-clock operative assistance to the Client regarding any vehicle related questions (by calling the short number 13500).
Motor TPL insurance
Motor TPL insurance for the entire rental period.
Comprehensive motor insurance
The vehicle is covered with a valid casco insurance policy or the lessor will indemnify any damage caused to the vehicle in accordance with the procedure for restoration following the claim event.
Handling of insured events
Mobire is required to represent the Client in any activities related to insurance cases (except in court), including with companies performing claims and also organises supervisory about the quality of vehicle repair.
The Client can buy goods and services with Mobire’s partners with discounted rates and payment deadlines. The Client receives an aggregate invoice for the purchased items at the end of the month.
Replacement car for any situation
Mobire ensures that the Client receives a replacement car no later than by the following business day in accordance with the contract provisions. Replacement car selection is possible in Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu.
